But let's talk about to the second half of the year, the orders came in slowly, the sales department could not reach the goal finally. I hereby apologize to every one, especially to sale department, I made two mistakes between July and August, first is that I am hesitated for market changes, didn't require sales manager quickly adjust tactics under Industry turbulent environment and large changes in the market. At the same time, R&D and operating system didn't launched coping strategies promptly. Another is a wrong decision about a Germany client, we gave up this order for the weak profit, ignore its market influence and brand share throughout German and European market, lost a cooperation opportunity of 20 millions RMB a year. All this shows, pride comes before a fall, when the company's performance going well, didn't think how to do while goes bad. When the market crisis, delay the decision. At the end, the company has to pay that bill. In order to catching up, need to spend more time than usual and even more efforts and pay.
We began to look for the chance of market in Oct, make up the new strategy of Development, and launch the independent dimmable products made by ourselves. We introduce the international safety lab equipment ,we convert the production line from the traditional way to automatic design besides, we improve the product delivery and the quality of our products. By using the business software and ERP software, we raise the information conversion accuracy and cost control. LAC are approaching a new growth points, and we can also foresee 2015 of last half year of sales performance when we are gained a lot of chances in HongKong lighting fair by a series of integrated measures. All managers must remember the lessons in the past 2014, we must avoid arrogance, and always remain modest and enterprising, respond fast to the changes of market.
LAC has added into a new power with creation and development of powerful strategy and technology support of American Silicon Valley in 2015. LAC will complete the three big targets. first ,we will break 27 millions sales performance .Second, we will make three new products in the third quarter. Third, we will continue to focus on the LED light source areas, and we will make G9 or dimmable series manufacture of LAC. This is not a slogan, it depends on you to fully achieve our goals. And, this is just a goal in early stage, I am going to make the LAC become the well-known enterprises and vane in pearl river delta of the LED industry in the next two or three years, and compete with this companies like Leedarson and Sunny group who sales more than billion dollars a year.
