Holographic TV is Under Way to Replace 3D Techniques

For the past few years, holographic technique has become a heatedly discussed topic in the TV industry. Many countries around the world have dedicated a lot of efforts into holographic technique research and development, and research outcomes suggest that this new technique may soon be applied to our daily life. Recently a research institute in Belgium had worked out a new method to apply holographic techniques into TV images.

Holographic TV is a brand new TV format, which, scientists in a renowned research center in Belgium believes, can perfectly solve the problem of visual fatigue or headache caused by watching 3D TV or images. It aims to bring people a sort of visual and acoustic feeling totally different from traditional TV.

In the micro-electronics research center, one of the most important jobs of the scientists is to create moving pixels. In order to achieve this, scientists establish a holographic monitor by striking laser beam to micro-electronic system platform which can move freely like a small-sized reflecting piston. The research center claims that the new technique provides the audience with natural and comfortable watching experience without any annoying side-effect caused by 3D such as the burden of the eyeglasses, visual fatigue as well as mental stress.
