Xi'an Zhihai Power Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 1998, with registered capital of RMB19 million. Our company is located in National Xi'an High & New Pioneering Service Center and National Xi’an Overseas Returnee Pioneering Center of Xi'an High & New Tech Developing Zone. We are a private high tech share holding enterprise integrated of scientific research, production, and trading. The company was founded by a group of experts respectively specialized in LED lighting, optical design, power electronic technology, power technology, and management.Our company is a national grade high & new tech enterprise, so that we can apply the preferential policy for high & new tech enterprises. At present, we are the only undertaking unit of Shanxi Semi-conductive Lighting Project Technological Research Center for MOST. We are also the only undertaking unit of Xi’an Semi-conductive Lighting Project Laboratory for SDPC, one of the primary constitution unit of Shanxi LED Street Lighting Fixture Standard, the Chief Filing Enterprise (No.1) of Xi'an International LED Lighting Demonstration Project. Our company always persists in proposing green lighting and low-carbon economy. Therefore, we have been taking part in many relative government and social projects. At present, our company is the vice-president unit of Shanxi Semi-conductive Lighting Industry Association, vice-president unit of Shanxi Semi-conductive Lighting Association, vice-president unit of Shanxi Energy-saving Association, and vice-president unit of Shanxi Industrial Economic Association. The president units for the above associations are taken by relative government departments.Our company has been specialized in R , production, and marketing of LED lighting products and new energy products. Since 2001, we have been authorized by ANAB and ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate. All of our products have been authenticated by national electric light source inspection. At present, our product technologic and economic performances are leading in international markets.Moreover, our company has been awarded National Technology Transactions License, so that we have been awarded independent import & export rights. Our products have been authorized by CE-TUV and RoHS certificates. Therefore, our products are not only selling well in domestic market, but also are exported to almost 100 countries around the world. Our product performance and quality are highly appreciated by worldwide customers.Zhihai persists in independent technology development. We have invested almost RMB50 million to establish and improve the world advanced R base and R team. Therefore, we have achieved a lot of breakthrough to develop and master latest LED technologies and patents. At present, our company has been awarded 125 items of patent, including 102 items of invention patent. Patents awarded cover various fields in LED lighting, such as chip encapsulation, optical lens, power technology, heat radiation design, and lighting fixture configuration structure. Zhihai has been awarded honors of Shanxi Pioneering Patent Awarded Enteprise and Xi’an Excellent Patented Intellectual Property Holding Enterprise.
