Factory Introduction Our company has employed a group of domestic and foreign famous experts and senior engineers, who are experienced in technical R&D and production of electric appliances, electrical machinery, control, LED encapsulation, LED application, and etc. Moreover, we have established long-term technological cooperation with several universities and scientific research institutes, such as SEARI, Light-source Institute of Fudan University, Nano Function Material & Apparatus Application Research Center of East China Normal University, Changzhou Institute of Technology, Nanjing Chemical Vocational Technical College, and etc. On the base of consistent intensive study and independent innovation, we have developed unique techniques to solve problems during production, such as heat radiation and bracket of LED encapsulation structure, chip interior protective circuit, fluorescent powder coating, secondary light distribution, LED application product heat radiation, driving, light distribution, automatic batch production, and etc. We have successfully developed the first and second generations of ultra-high power LED light-source, which has the characteristics of single encapsulating 5W – 100W, 80 – 90LM, and available for batch production. Through long-term production, marketing, aging test, data collection and analysis, our product is proved to be successful. Compared with similar high-power LED products and lighting fixtures, our product has the advantages of more perfect, more logical, higher luminous efficiency, lower costs, and more convenient for application, which is leading in the industry. Furthermore, we have applied this product for batch producing and marketing of energy-saving bulb, garden light, recessed down light, lawn light, spot light, industrial work light, street light, and etc.
