With 900 employees, Hangzhou Hoca could supply different kinds of sanitary hardware products including faucets, bathroom cabinet, kitchen cabinets,sanitary fittings etc. Our manufacturing capabilities in process covers casting, machining, bending, stamping, polishing, plating and PVD, as well as the advanced no lead production capability, trivalent chrome plating process and PVD capability. Our products could ensure passing 100 hours acid salt spray test. And the manufacturing facilities we have includes world class gravity casing unit, CNC centers and multiple shafts machining equipments, auto plating line and advanced PVD chamber introducing from abroad. We also equipped with complete cabinet production facilities of Germany HOMAT brand, completed closed dust-free painting room and large scale bending machine from abroad. All these facilities could ensure annual production capacity of 9 million sets of sanitary products. Operated with system of SPMS, Hangzhou Panasia, as a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer, is dedicated to providing high quality sanitary products to global customers. With a background of IAPMO certified lab room, which equipped with advanced testing facilities like spectrometer, metal physics analysis tester, 3D projector, testing machines of pressure, life cycle and flow rate etc, Hangzhou Hoca set up its own competent R&D center. This center is composed of more than 100 professional people dedicated to technique, engineer and management, and cooperated with world famous research and design experts and universities organizations. The R&D center takes the responsibilities of new products development, outline structure design, technical research and quality control. Also, we adopt EPR system in production, and carry out the ISO9001 quality managing system and ISO14001 environment managing system through the whole company.
