Tempered glass is a type of glass that has increased strength on the surface by the physical or chemical treatment on the ordinary glass and increased the tensile stress inside the glass so that this kind of glass has increased the mechanical strength and the heat

The intensity of half tempered glass is 2-3 times of ordinary glass with the surface stress between 24 and 69MPa; when it was destroyed by external force, the crack starts to extend to side from where it is destroyed but most of parts of glass still keep in frame that avoids or reduces body injury; Half Tempered Glass is also characterized by advantages of the ordinary plate glass and the Tempered Glass, but with higher intensity than the ordinary plate glass and keeping the flatness between both of them without spontaneous explosion.

Application of tempered glass

Buildings need safety glass; windows and other parts of façade; glass bar and elevator; windows for vehicles and ships, Desks and displaying frame, inside decoration and furniture that easily breaks.

High flat: The greatest feature of Tamglass is the high degrees of flat. The tamglass production line brought from Finland can satisfy demands of coated glass, laminated glass, mould, furniture, electronic product, and skyline etc.Especially plat degree of semi tempered glass is very close to raw glass which can achieve plane effect.

Curved tempered glass:

Heated to levels just slightly below the softening temperature according to certain curved diameter , then immediately exposed to quick cold air that brings it back to low temperature
