Everyone may want different types of lighting; the support of DALI Power is always consistent. Dali Power was founded in 2006, registered capital was 5 million RMB with the general taxpayer qualification; The team is made up by experienced and skilled senior electrical engineers and switching circuit engineers; 80% of its products are for direct or indirect export; DALI Power is a professional LED lighting power manufacturer integrates R development, production and sales. At present Dali Power consists of R center (Products research and development department), manufacturing center (SMT, DIP and welding workshop), QC center (Purchasing, Warehouse, shipping inspection and aging department), Sales center (4 domestic and 2 international departments), Administrative center (financial and human resources department). DALI Power has transformer production center. (Samples making and batch production department). Dali Power has 150 employees that include 17 skillful technicians, the total office and factory area is 2,600 square meters; Dali Power has 4 production lines with daily production capacity of 5,000 – 10,000 sets of LED drivers. In QC control and management, Dali Power has met with ISO9001:2008 international quality management standards and certified by the British Royal Commission (SNQA). Meanwhile, DALI Power also received the German TUV company's social responsibility identification and factory audit report. Dali Power uses the 8D quality feedback system and enterprise resource planning (ERP) management system, the quality assurance system covers from product development, pilot production, raw material procurement, production, shipping inspection and after sales service. QC center is responsible for the implementation of total quality checking. The next procedure will check the prior procedure. There are several checkpoints in the manufacturing process. In each working procedure, there is outlook inspection, primary electric checking, and products checking at random, aging tests, repeating electric checking, the final products are checked by the quality control department randomly. At present the products pass rate is 95% or higher. Dali Power realizes that the importance of on-time delivery is not only the foundation of mutual co-operation, but also the basic law of honesty and trust rules. In the recent years, Dali Power continued to upgrade the production capacity, purchase automatic and semi-automatic production lines and equipments, strengthen production management, train and cultivate employees to meet customers’ delivery requirements. At present the company has its own two transformer production lines, as all the transformers are self produced; two automatic SMT production lines; 4 plug-and post-welding production lines and other inspection lines that can meet with 5,000 – 10, 000 sets of different size LED drivers aging tests. DALI Power is committed to develop more Green LED power supplies which will replace high power consumption and low efficiency LED electric circuit. Through continuous development and research, currently DALI Power has more than 200 models of LED power supply products and launch several new models every three month. In addition, Dali Power can customize new products according to customer’s specifications; research cycle is about 15 days to ensure customer needs.DALI Power is always insisting on the philosophy of “High efficient lighting power supply driver”. DALI Power is committed to make reliable power supply that provides the best lighting solution for customers. DALI Power has invited expert Dr. Deborah Duan Ling Chung (from the M.I.T. Materials Science and Engineering department) as overseas chief technical advisor. They have made great achievements in LED application material fields, Microelectronics simulation, intelligent control, patents usage and heat dissipation and so on. The great innovation has met with the excellent lighting application requirements. Also DALI Power is favored by U.S. venture capital institutions. At present DALI Power has ISO9001 quality management system certificate; DALI Power products have approved by Japan PSE, Australia SAA, European CE and RoHS, the U.S. FCC and UL, National light and power supply center and other high-tech enterprises. DALI Power has two U.S. patents, one Chinese invention patent and one Chinese utility model patent.
