Dongguan Jiasheng Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. was established in Oct. 2001, located in Shutian Village, Humen Town, Dongguan, Guangdong. The company covers an area of 35,000㎡, with 66,706㎡ workshops and 11,592㎡ staff dormitory buildings. The company has several primary department, such as R&D, Production, Processing, QC, Financial, Human Resource, Public Works, and etc. There are totally over 1,200 staffs in the company. We have introduced computer controlled system throughout the whole company operation, to guarantee strict quality control procedures. Every department is responsible and cooperative. Taking the tenet that product quality is the foundation of enterprise survival, Jiasheng has been highly appreciated by customers for its excellent product quality and comprehensive services. In 2003, we have been authorized by ISO9000 International Quality System. We have been implementing the development module of production with continuous expansion. Our primary products are die casting aluminum alloy products and lighting fixtures. At present, we have introduced 9 units of automatic die casting machine from Japan. The largest one is 800ton die casting machine. We also have adopted the central furnace automatic feeding system, to satisfy the maximum mold specification of 850mm*850mm, and annual output capacity of 7,200,000PCS. Moreover, we have established 3 lighting fixture production lines, to satisfy the annual output of 2,880,000PCS.
