      1.Optimized cooling design for preforms owing to yeas of experience, shortens the cycle time and 
      increases productivity.

      2.Vacuum treatment carried out by our advanced vacuum equipment on the materials could make sure   molds are abrasion&corrosion resistance, and easy maintenance, the part's HRC will be 45º and above.

      3.We use international advanced processing devices to reach molds' high precision, and those standardized 
      spare parts of each cavity could be applied interchangeably.

      4.Neck rings with cooling improves the stability of preform screw thread's dimensions.

      5.The formed parts adopt S136 stainless steel, and the mold plates also adopt high performance stainless steel which are wear-resistant and durable.

      6.Assembled with self-lubricating configuration: Neck Wear Plate, Cavity Plate Guiding Cylinder, 
      Slide Plate Guiding Cylinder are total made of Imported High Strength Brass with Graphite, 
      clean and oil-free, wear-resisting and endurable.

      7.Brandnew hot runner structure, more fit for PET preforms' production; with high manufacturing standard,
       the material for mold's hot half are totally imported, to ensure interchangeability and easy maintenance. 
      Comprehensive performance are excellent enough to meet industry standards.
