    Factory Introduction SYE invested 2 billion to build Hunan Singyes Solar Technology Co., Ltd, which covers an area of 330,000 square meters and has 150,000 square meters modernized factory: four photovoltaic products and supporting products production division. No. 1 plant is for PV glass deep processing. It has the following primary equipment: high-speed automatic glass cutting machine, four-side automatic glass edging machine, glass washing machines, high-temperature PV modules autoclave, 3mm low iron glass tempering lines, synthetic insulating glass line, double glazing PV modules synthetic lines. NO2 plant has the production line for high-end windows and doors, curtain wall, steel, sheet metal. Workshop covers 30,720 square meters. It also has 20.000 square meters open space for logistics. There are high-end high-precision equipment, such as various CNC machine from U.S.A, Germany, and Italy and double saw. It contains 4 world class unitized curtain wall production line, 2 doors and windows production line and 4 aluminium processing line.NO.3 plant manufactures thermal products. The main product is are flat solar collector and air source water heater. It has laser welding machine for entire boars and high-performance automatic ultrasonic welding machine. NO.4 plant covers an area of 10,500 square meters, with designed annual capacity of 400MW for PV module. It introduces first-class production test equipment, including 2 sets of laser cutting machine, 1 piece of welding machine, 8 sets of automatic laminating machine, 3 sets of semi-automatic laminating machine, 4 sets of horizontal PV module tester, 1 set of vertical PV module tester, and over 15 product test lines.
