Zhejiang Hero Metal Furniture Co., Ltd. is a large-scale manufacturer specialized in of technology R&D, manufacturing, and trading metal furniture. Our company is located at No.3368, West Zhongshan Road, Xiuzhou District, Jiaxing. Our factory is located in Luodong Hero Industrial Park, Xincheng Town, Jiaxing. Our factory is north to the Shen-Jia-Hu Expressway, and south to Jiaxing-Tongluo National Highway. The factory covers almost 600 acres, with 180,000 square meters factory buildings. At present, our company has more than 1,800 employees, including more than 200 various engineering technicians. At the end of 2007, our general capital was more than RMB400 million, including more than RMB100 fixed capital, over 1,500 units of equipment, 8 sets of large-scale specialized aluminum alloy profiles and iron pipe processing machine, 15 special molding powder static spraying production lines, processing machines, CNC curving machines, a large amount of punching machines, presses, bending machines, jointing machines, inspecting equipments, and etc.Our company is specialized in producing metal leisure furniture series products, which cover about 80% of our total output. At present, we have developed 8 primary categories metal furniture products, classified into 25 series, with almost a thousand specifications. Our annual output capacity is up to more than 9,000,000 sets, with over RMB1 billion total output value. Our company is one of the largest professional metal furniture manufacturers in China. Moreover, we have been gradually developing various metal products, such as indoor/outdoor gas warming stoves, open barbecue stoves, solar lawn lights, street lights, refrigerators, and etc. All of our products are exported to Europe, U.S., and other countries.In Sept. 2003, we have registered the Hero (U.S.) Co., Ltd. in Los Angeles, California, U.S. And in May 2005, we established a 7 square feet warehouse in Lincoln, Georgia State, under cooperation with Topgloria Company, which became our overseas base camp from then on. By far, we have successively established the mature marketing network and distribution centers in East Coast and West Coast regions in U.S. Furthermore, we are scheduling to establish new offices in Europe and Canada. In 2006, through assistance of Madrid union, our brand was registered in 10 countries, including U.S., UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Japan, and Canada, which is the favorable condition for our brand further development into international markets.Our company pays much attention to brand developing and independent intellectual property right. In May 2001, we registered the JXHAOJIE Trademark. Since 2001, we have successively applied for more than 80 items of various design patents. In Dec. 2003, our company was authorized as the Zhejiang Patent Pilot Enterprise. In Dec. 2005, our company was awarded Jiaxing Famous Trademark. And in Feb. 2007, we were awarded Zhejiang Famous Trademark. As well as implementing the brand strategy, our company has been making great effort for technology innovation. Since June 2003, when we were authorized to establish a Jiaxing city grade enterprise technological center, we have established the innovative technology operation system on the foundation of our technological center.
