Shenzhen Yuliang Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001, as a private own high-tech enterprise. The factory is specialized in R&D, producing, and marketing of full series ultra-bright LED products (red, yellow, orange, blue, green, purple, white, and etc.), piranha LED series, SMD LED series (ultra-bright red, yellow, blue, green, and white). Our monthly output capacity is over 20-25KK piranha LED, and more than 10-15KK SMD LED. Furthermore, we also produce LED application lighting products, such as LED lamp stripe, LED fluorescent lamp tube, LED spot light, high power LED bulb, LED guardrail lamp, LED module, LED lighting, and etc. The monthly output capacity is 10,000PCS LED fluorescent lamp, 5,000unit lightings, and etc.Yuliang has taken static-free and dust-proof treatment to all the production workshops. Therefore, we can well control static phenomenon during production. The raw materials and complementary materials are mainly imported from Japan, USA, and Taiwan. We have employed several experienced engineering technicians and senior managers, who have more than 10 years’ practical experience in the LED industry. The factory covers an area over 3,000㎡, with more than 150 workers. We also introduced the 84BIN automatic spectral and chromatic sorters to guarantee our product quality. In Aug. 2006, we have introduced the automatic die bonders made by Wecon Taiwan and the automatic bonding machines made by KS USA to improve output volume and product quality greatly. Taking the quality policy of scientific management, constant improvement, and customer accredited, Yuliang keeps on developing series LED products to satisfy customers with various requirements.
