Donglong Optoelectronic in the following). It is led by Mr. Ying Yuan, the former board director of Hualian Electronic and corporate representative of Cixi Hualian Display Co., Ltd. Donglong Optoelectronic has been devoted into R&D and producing special light-sources, specifically HID xenon lamp and LED auto lamp.Donglong Optoelectronic is a high-tech enterprise specialized in R&D, producing, and marketing of auto HID xenon lamp and LED auto lamp products. We have introduced full set of advanced HID production equipments and technologies from foreign suppliers. On the other hand, we have strong independent R&D capability, under support of close cooperation with many domestic and foreign xenon lamp technical institutes and manufacturers. We also apply the latest techniques and experience of LED from Hualian Electronic into our LED auto lamp production, so that various technical and performance indexes of our products have been achieved international level. The company has integrated technical development and product manufacturing. With advanced technology and excellent product quality, Donglong Optoelectronic has been awarded favorable reputation in the high-tech auto complementary product industry. Taking the principle of human oriented and the business philosophy that high quality comes from professional making, we pay much attention to introduce and train up professional staffs. | Factory Introduction | Donglong has own technical R&D power and strong manufacturing capacity for various categories of ballasts. We have close cooperation with the Illuminating Engineering and Light-sources Institute of Fudan University, which is our powerful support in new techniques and design development. We also have product complementary cooperation with one of Top 3 lighting companies in the world, i.e. OSRAM. We have been awarded several patents for HID lamps, who is the second China enterprise holding independent intellectual property rights of HID lamps. At present, we are one of the only three enterprises in the world, which have own workshop for producing auto HID lamp with complete independent intellectual property rights. We have strong production capacity. The monthly output of HID xenon lamp is 180,000PCS, with 100,000 spare stocks, to guarantee the shortest delivery lead-time. For domestic customers, an order of 500 units for regular product would be processed to delivery at the same day the order released. For large quantity and overseas orders, we would arrange the shortest delivery lead-time according to customer’s requirement. We are also able to produce auto LED lamps, with the support of own produced LED light-source to guarantee high product quality. The company has been authorized by ISO/TS16949：2002 Auto Industry Quality Management System, which is only authorized to Donglong Optoelectronic and Cnlight in China HID industry. Our products have been awarded RoHS and CE certificates. Therefore, we can guarantee our product quality with constant improvement. |
