| Factory Introduction | The factory is located at No.22 Paodu Road, Paojiang Industrial Zone, Shaoxing, Zhejiang, with a 16,800㎡ standardized factory house equipped with complete facilities. It is an integrated factory of production, technical developing center, and administration building. The factory has several experienced product R&D experts, with outstanding management professionals and standardized trained skillful workers. We have introduced more than 300 units of production equipments, including computer sewing machine, bag slitting machine, overlock machine, button holder, needle detector, and large/small iron, from suppliers domestic, EU, and Japan. We have independent developed HAISHA series down apparel, exporting garment and accessories. The annual output is 1,000,000PCS various apparel and accessories, 200,000 units of various home textile products. The factory takes the production management principle of careful design and precise making. At present, we have awarded authorizations of Quality Management System of GB/T 19001-2000 idt ISO 9001:2000, and GMC by Globalmarket. The factory has large production scale with complete facilities.
