Warranty and repairment
One year warranty is offered for cameras and other CCTV accessories. Any defective products under guarantee will be repaired without charges.The buyers and EEP will pay for one delivery either forth or back. If any problem were caused by our mistake, EEP will be responsible for all delivery cost until the problem is solved out.

Customers pay the charge for samples as well as the freight in general.
