Shenzhen Fuwaysun Technology Co., Ltd., a China based subsidiary, is wholly owned by Agrisolar Solutions Inc., which is a publicly traded Colorado corporation under the symbol AGSO (AGSO.OB) on the OTC Bulletin Board. Fuwaysun is engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of patented solar powered products for commercial agricultural use.Located in Shenzhen city, FUWAYSUN covers an area of more than 8,000sqm, with fixed assets of RMB 60 million. Since establishment, Fuwaysun has been pursuing the developing strategy of energy saving, reduction of carbon emission and environmental protection. Since 2002, FUWAYSUN began to specialize in R and production of solar products, such as Intelligent Solar Insect Killer, Intelligent Solar Pests Prediction Light, Solar Mosquito Capture Light, Portable Solar Power Supply System, Solar Irrigation System, Solar Bird Repeller, Solar Torch, etc. Among these, the patented Intelligent Solar Insect Killer is our brand product, pesticide-free and a new physical method to attract and kill agricultural bugs on farms, orchards, through special wavelength and frequency as well. It works as an alternative to chemicals or harmful insecticides. Our advanced technology doesn't affect desirable insects, but attracts and kills harmful insects which are active at night. Our goal is to help to enhance the quality of food by providing alternatives to the use of chemicals in the food chain and at the same time improve the economics of commercial agriculture.Therefore, for the purpose of product improvement and keeping innovative, FUWAYSUN cooperates with a lot of famous agricultural universities in the world, such as China Agricultural University, South China Agricultural University, Sun Yat-Sen University, National Ilan University in Taiwan, Columbia University, Bologna University, Godollo University, CORVINUS University, etc. Thanks to constant innovation on technology, FUWAYSUN has won numerous prizes. We are awarded the Golden Prize in Hong Kong International Invention EXPO, Excellent Project of Hi-tech in China-ASEAN EXPO and the Certificate of Organic Material issued by Hong Kong Organic Certification Centre. In addition, our proprietary Intelligent Solar Insect Killer products are chosen as Energy Saving & Reduction of Carbon Emission Products and Preferred Products for Pests Preventing in Organic Agriculture by Promotion Center of National Agricultural Technology which belongs to Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China. Afterwards, FUWAYSUN is designated by National Energy Bureau to compile the standards of the technique for solar insect killer industry.FUWAYSUN has taken aggressive steps towards establishing new markets around the world. In January 2010, FUWAYSUN was one of 10 Chinese manufacturers invited by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture to attend the American Farm Bureau Federation 91st Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, and the AG Connect Expo in Orlando, Florida. Then, we were invited again by the Ministry to attend MACFRUT Expo held in Cesena, Italy, both in 2010 and 2011. FUWAYSUN is currently making success in Europe, USA, Korea, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Surinam, Brazil, Australia, etc.
