    Factory Introduction Special Truck Company, CNHTC (originally named as "Qingdao Special Automobile Manufacturing Works". hereafter referred as STC), headquartered in China eastern coastal open city-Qingdao, is one of the wholly -owned subsidiaries of China National Heavy Duty Truck Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred as CNHTC). CNHTC, once the cradle of Heavy Duty truck industry in China, now leads the industry. Particularly in the last eight years since restructure, CNHTC persists in reform & independent innovation as well as implementing four strategies including technology leading, high quality at low cost, regionalization, and internationalization. Thus, Leap-forward developments were realized. In 2008, sales revenues reached RMB 53 billion and sales volumes exceeded 110,000 units, which made it to be No.1 in China and Top 5 in the world. In the context of global financial crisis in 2009, CNHTC turned crisis into opportunities, advanced despite difficulties, and continued steady growth.
