The programmable temp & humi chamber, the hot &cool impact tester the aging oven tester and components. The Reactive Vibration tester help to inspect the qualified materials and components. The photometric for lighting distribution curve to support lighting designer on the projects. The water proof, dust proof and salty spray tester for exterior application of lamp source color temperature, ex. LED, CFL, master color metal halide. The automatical CNC machine to make mockup sample quickly in order to make sure the right tooling, passed testing and assist customer to win the projects.

  • RISE LED lighting solution center is in charge of LED technology research & development. To ensure right design and reliable quality, RISE sets up an OPTOELECTRONICS department in 2009, to invest a CLEAN ROOM-class 100k (M6.5) with brand new JAPAN SMT and DIP equipments. ALL RISE LED products is produced in ANTI-STATICS production lines. All the LED technology research & development is by thermal design and simulation software, mechanical simulation software, photometric analysis equipment and temperature &humidity analysis equipment. To creat high performance and lumen maintenance LED lighting instead of classic lighting rapidly.

  • To control the quality according to ISO9001 system since Jan 13th 1996, Every Rise assembling factory use standard inspection procedure (S.I.P) & standard inspection procedure (S.O.P) to make IOC, OQC, PQC, and FQC, To invest stamping facilities of steel and high pressure injection machine of aluminum and zinc and let the parts of stamping, die-cast aluminum and zinc to be self -sufficiency.   • RISE LED lighting's advantages: 1) color consistency: Follow Macadam ellipse theory (SDCM) within the CIE1931(X,Y)chromaticity diagram and ANSI standards.
