Factory Introduction	New Moon Kai limited was established in 2001, for give better service to our customer, we had continue founded a factory. Our manufacturer had setted five production team with full set of equipment and had sufficient worker. There are professional middle inspection, final inspection and supervisor in every production team. Our factory was setted Pattern room, Cutting room, Check cutting piece, warehouse, Packing department. etc. Professional staff make pattern with advanced technique software. There are four cutting team woking in our cutting department., who need to cut 70.000 pcs /month as production task. Check cutting piece team with 11 veteran. They can well reduce defective rate before it submitted to workshop to product. Warehouse be in charge of by 3 staff. All fabric and accessories can not be put in warehouse until it passed checking. There are 3 staffs in charge of our warehouse, and 2 workers take responsibility for inspection fabric. Our Packing deparment has iron team, QC team, and packing team. very order will strict according to the process stipulated by our company to proceed with packing.
