The company covers an area of 2,500 square meter, with 3,000 square meter buildings, and almost 150 staffs. As a R&D and manufacturer of faucets and bathroom accessories. Our main product line has expanded to include: basin faucets, bidet faucets, kitchen faucets, shower faucets, bathtub faucets, lavatory faucets,water saving faucet, sink faucet, wall-mounted faucet, concealed faucet, shower set; brass fittings, plumbing fittings, pipe fittings, bathroom accessories, fixture, hoses, ...etc. We hold steadfastly to our mission statement: 'to provide the high quality, low total production cost, and to meet or exceed our customer requests in a timely manner.' Our Quality Assurance and Control procedures can be listed as follows: 1) Raw brass materials inspection 2) Chemical laboratory examination 3) Composition testing and control system of raw materials 4) A testing and validation program whereby all our products are sampled and inspected. The results of which are then submitted for comparison with previous test results. Furthermore, we have established a procedure that checks products at all stages of the manufacturing process: raw materials, in-process materials, validated or tested materials, eletroplated goods,finished goods, etc. Besides this, we have also developed a procedure which can identify the inspection and test status of all items, at all stages of the manufacturing process. There is also a system that tracks in-process defects and other non-conformities. These records are used to analyze root causes and therefore eradicate any problems. As an established procedure we regularly update a 'ISO Quality Manual,' which is maintained as a means to ensure that products conform to specified requirements.
