      Recipes:

      Rosemary Roast Lamb

      Ingredients

      1.5kg roast
      2tbs olive oil
      1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Rosemary
      1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic

      Method
      1.Place roast in the Oven & bake for 30-40mins at 180C.
      2. Surround half cooked roast with peeled veggies. Bake for a further 25-30mins till veggies are golden.
      3. Put olive oil in small dish. Stir Gourmet Garden Rosemary and Gourmet Garden Garlic.
      4. Smear oil mixture over roast & veggies, bake for a further 5-10mins & drizzle with honey.
