Complete fruit juice concentrated processing line

We provide turn key project for beverage filling line, which it is juice / pulp, milk, drinking water, juice and others.

Product Description

Fruit juice production line is composed of water powder mixer, syrup filter, duplex filter, vacuum degasser,

UHT sterilizer and homogenizer and so on. The raw material could be fresh fruit or concentrated juice.

it can be used for making orange juice production line, apple juice production line, peach juice production

line, and cherry juice production line etc. We also can design custom production lines accordance to

customers’ requirements.

Part I: Water treatment system

Raw water raw water tank -> raw water high pressure pump->multi- medium filter (Quartz sand filter) -> active carbon filter-> sodium ion exchanger-> water pump-> precision filter -> RO device ->ozone device ->pure water tank

Part II: Juice preparation making treatment system

Sugar melting tank -> sugar filter -> Juice blending tank ->juice homogenizer ->vacuum De-aerater -> storage tank->UHT ultrahigh temperature instant Sterilizer-> heating and cooling tank

Part III: Filling and packing line
