Factory Introduction Zuoyou is one of the biggest upholstery furniture manufacturers in the whole Asian area, at present time has 3 production bases, covering a great area of more than 200,000sqm in total. We are an integrated furniture supplier, product item covering leather sofa, fabric sofa, health sofa, coffee table as well as panel furniture items; the daily production capacity is around 400 sets, 20 containers (40'). Now there are more than 2500 people working in Zuoyou. To guarantee the design level and the product quality, a professional designer team and a qualified QC team are formed specially. We have three choices in leather usage for each design, full leather, leather + Split Leather, leather + PVC, which will give you a wide leather selection range. The leather we using are of high quality, for we generally import directly from Italy and South America or source from local big professional tanneries. We also have a quality guaranteeing for other raw materials: well treated solid wood for inner frame and imported solid wood for outer frame; OKE spring from Germany; belt of rubber imported Malaysia; foam, totally without any powder added, offered by Sinomax, the biggest foam manufacturer in Asia; operation machines, such as sewing machines, panel furniture machines, all from the famous manufacturers.
