1.Can I have a sample order for charcoal bbq grill?

Yes,sure. We welcome sample order to test and check. Mixed samples are acceptable.

2.Will Charcoal grill surface be too hot when cooking?

Due to excellent heat resistance performance of the material, your bbq smoker surface will get hot also while cooking but not so hot

comparing to steel smokers. Fire get burnt inside of firebowl, through air isolation layer, the temperature of the surface will not burnt you.

3.How do I control charcoal grill's temperauture?

Our kamado grills have a vent at the bottom of the kamado and a vent at the top of the kamado. Both vents are adjustable in some way

so that you can precisely control the airflow. By controlling the airflow, you can control the temperature to within a few degrees.
