Key Specification

Materials: AA grade oak wood. Degrease the wood by heating to high temperature. Stick the wood together by using EO grade environmental glue. Humidity is kept 8-12%.

Paint: After many process of polishing to make the surface smoothly and flat, then paint it. The surface paint is the paint special for wood. It is endurable, environmental and nontoxic. It has no sting smell, no wrinkle, no breaking and will never desquamate.

Hinge: Our hinges are stainless steel soft hinge. It can be opened and closed 50,000 times. It has passed 72 H salty spray test.

Rails: Rails of Drawers are concealed and has soft self closing function, sliding smoothly and silently. It can slide 50,000 times.

Basin: We have ceramic basins and poly marble basins. Ceramic glaze is smoothly, silky, wearable, absorbing water very little and easy to clean.

Mirror: 5mm silver mirror, the original glass is float glass.

Faucet: Pure brass, one piece, no connecting joint. Surface is chrome plated. The inside has ceramic cartridge. The life of our faucet is 500,000 times.

Zhongshan Weisha Bath Equipment Co. LTD, which also called Zhongshan Rosary Sanitary Ware Factory engaged in sanitary ware business in 1995. In the beginning 3 years we made just shower trays (bases for shower enclosures). In 1999 we began to make the whole unit shower enclosures. Our boss who is graduated from Nation Defense Technology University studies materials. That's why at the beginning we made shower trays. In the first few years we mainly engaged in domestic business. We exported from 2003. Our idea is to develop not too fast but steadily. Till now we have exported many European countries and South Africa. We have totally 200 employees. Among them 10 is R&D. We welcome you give us your ideas and your rough design; we would like to develop for you. We also welcome OEM projects.Our shower enclosures are made of safety tempered glass and high-density aluminum alloy 6063 and 6463. We have glass certificates of Kite Mark, EN12150 and AS/NZS 2208:1996. We have different anodizing and polishing way to meet different quality standard products. Our shower rooms are manufactured under the control of ISO9001: 2000 quality management system.
