Large and precise mould making and injection molding. Double-color mould making and injection molding Die casting die building and product producing Painting, printing,and secondary oppreation.We provide all the service in the whole designing and manufacturing process, including original prototype, mold designing and manufacturing,injection molding, die casting, second operation, assembly as well as packing.The life of the Company lies in quality, and the development of the Company relies on good quality. From the very beginning of the foundation of Sun On, we keep pursuing the continuous quality improvement. Quality is always on the top of things. Factory Introduction Sun On Plastic Molding Limited has more than 600 employees, including more than 100 professional senior technicians. Our company has introduced several CNC machines, EDM machines, depth drills, injection machines, double-injection machines, CMM die-casting machines, milling machines, and other specialize precise production machine tools. Moreover, our company has 2 blocks of specialized moulding workshops. On the other hand, we have about 30 engineering technicians, who are specialized in design and research of plastic moulds, zinc-alloy die-casting moulds, aluminum-alloy die-casting moulds, and double-material plastic moulds. Our monthly output capacity of mould is 70 sets. Our company has strict regulation on product quality and delivery lead-time. We have specialized independent executives responsible for every project, so that we can properly satisfy customer's requirement. Our company was established in 1997. Through several years' development, we have developed from the original simple mould processing factory to a comprehensive enterprise integrated industrial design, handmade prototype processing, engineering mould producing, plastic product and metal alloy die-casting product producing. At present, we have 12,000 square meters workshop, experienced professional technicians, exquisite processing equipments, and comprehensive quality control and guarantee system.
