Being a professional LED light manufacturer, our company has been devoted into developing, producing, and marketing various straight pin LED lights, LED light strips, LED modules, LED lamp bars, neon lights, and other categories of LED light widely applied for background light, decoration light, and regular lighting.Since the photoelectric technology has been developing rapidly, we are conscious that the LED light will be the essential product in the future of the photoelectric industry for its advantage of energy-saving and environment conservative.In 2005, our company established a new production line and hired 15 R engineers, to develop the indoor/outdoor decoration lights. In 2007, we invested several hundred millions to import 8 automatic machines from Taiwan and U.S. to set up 4 automatic production lines. Moreover, we have introduced 2 automatic SMT machines to produce chips in different colors, such as 3528, 5050, and etc. These chips are the raw materials for producing our primary products, i.e. light strips and light bars. The automatic equipments have obviously improved our production capacity. At present, our seasonal output is 900,000,000PCS of chips, and 2,400,000,000PCS of white light LED. On the other hand, under the precondition that our monthly output of light strips is 10,000PCS, we are able to control the defective percentage less than 0.2%, with the average delivery lead-time in 3 - 5 days. Therefore, we have sufficient capacity to handle large-quantity orders.Compared with other competitors in the market, our company can offer 5% off price, or even 10%. Because we are capable to well control the raw materials and to produce the LED components and accessories by ourselves. In order to guarantee product quality, before product delivered, we will have 48 hours continuous inspections on product color, luminosity, aging, leakage, shockproof performance, and etc. Most of our products have been authorized by CE and RoHS, and are eligible to the En60825 Standard.By far, our products have been exported to more than 42 countries.
