Zhejiang Dingfeng Aluminum Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, located in Anchang, a charming town in Shaoxing with thousand years’ history. Our company covers about 200,000 square meters, including 150,000 square meters buildings. We have RMB15.68 million registered capital, and more than RMB200 million fixed assets. Our key technical equipments and inspecting equipments are imported from Japan and Italy. At present, our company has almost 700 employees, including almost 100 middle and senior managers and engineering technicians.Through 6 years' developing and growing, from the original 3 extruding machines, our company has been equipped with 22 extruding machines, 3 anodizing/electro-coating production lines, 2 powder & fluorine-carbon spraying lines, 3 break bridge heat insulating production lines, 1 glue injecting line, and 1 wood grain transfer printing line. We are specialized in producing green, energy-saving, and environment conservative building door & window/curtain energy-saving profiles, air-conditioner profiles, shower room profiles, textile accessory profiles, solar energy accessory profiles, and other constructional aluminum alloy profiles, and industrial aluminum alloy profiles. We have applied the international advanced production techniques, supported with sufficient modern inspecting equipments, such as spectrograph, tensile tester, Vickers hardness gauge, oxidation film thickness gauge, chromatic aberration tester, roughness meter, and etc. We have been implementing advanced inspection methods to take thorough monitor on production procedures. All products are produced strictly under the GB5237-2008 national standard. Our company has first-class production equipments, abundant technological power, high-quality raw materials, advanced techniques, and scientific management system. At present, our annual output capacity of Yuequan Brand high-class aluminum profile is more than 50,000 tons, which are selling well around China. In 2009, our annual sales revenue was listed No.1638 in the ranking by ACFIC.By far, our company has been awarded 40 industrial design patents, and 2 utility model patents. Moreover, we have applied for 2 invention patents. There are 2 products passed the Zhejiang high & new scientific technological product authentication.
