Jiangyin Bowei Alloy Material Co., Ltd., established in August, 2003, is a joint venture between Jiangyin Yonglong Plastic Co. Ltd. and Ridgewood International Co., Ltd. With a registered capital of USD9.3 million, and a total investment of RMB 500 million, Jiangyin Bowei Alloy Material Co., Ltd., is a core company of Jiangsu Bat Plastic Group. The company has 150,000 square meters of factory space and over 380 workers; mainly producing various kinds of aluminum plates, strips, and foils. The company is located at the heart of China's industrial zone, the Yangtse delta, being no more than two hours' drive away from Shanghai, Nanjing, and Wuxi airport.On the hardware side, we have imported the state of the art equipments from renowned makers such as ABB and Honeywell. Those that are already in service include three 1250mm horizontal cast rolling mills, four 1900mm leaning cast rolling mills, five 1600mm leaning cast rolling mills, one 1500mm irreversible cold rolling mill, 1 1850mm irreversible cold rolling mill, two 1450mm irreversible cold finishing mills, one 1850mm irreversible cold finishing mill, one 2010mm irreversible foil finishing mill. On the management side, our company has utilized multiple systems such as ERP, CAD, MIS, ISO, and TQC to improve efficiency, product quality, and to provide the best service for our customers. The company can produce upto 180,000 tons of various aluminum foils, air-conditioner foils, electronics foils, packaging foils, decoration foils, capacitor foils, stock for micron foil, print sheet, curtain sheet, bottle lids stock and so on.Our company strictly complies with ISO9001:2008 and makes quality our number one priority.
