It is located in Tongxiang--middle of the most developed coastal & economical zone of the Delta of Yangtse River and close to national scenic spot, an old town with thousand history—Wu Zhen Town, has transport facilities. It covers 17,000 square meters with 14,000 square meters factory area. There are 1,200 workers, including over 100 are senior technicians and management staffs. We have advanced automatic assembly production line, such as computer controlled hydrogen furnace, computer controlled wire winding machines, automatic welding machines, automatic exhaust machines, vacuum coating machines and so on. Annual output can reach 50 Million pieces halogen lamps. We always investing for technical improvement in some key equipments and technics, continuously developing the quality, increasing products technical value, now we become completed series and various type of halogen lamps production, and all the products have got CE certificates and some got TUV approvals. Our products are sold to Europe and USA. In internal management, we have a strict management structure (see chart attached) and quality control system (see QC control chart attached) and always introducing advanced management idea. We have obtained ISO9001:2000 quality system approval and rewarded as "Zhejiang Hi-Tech Enterprise" in 2005. With effort of every staffs in Shenghui Lighting, our production scale and sales have been developed greatly in recent years, our product are sold to Germany, Poland, Holland, UK, France, Australia and USA, etc. And enjoy good reputation both on quality and service. |
