    Factory Introduction In order to bring more benefit to the company, we now have newly built production line for oil spout worm air compressor and high-quality air reprocessing facility with medium-and-high output volume (more than 20m3). Currently, we have mastered abundant technology for worm air compressor. We equip advanced computer controller to the facility, thus it processes loading and uninstall according to the air need of the clients and automatically stops when no air is in need, namely, providing air exactly to the need without any waste. In this way, cost on running the machine can be maximum lowered and much electricity can be saved. Besides, we can add frequency variable controller of air compressor according to the requirements of the clients. By doing this, soft start can be processed and there is no summit current, therefore no attack would be made to the power line; we can also change the rotate speed of driving motor exactly in line with the air need to get most energy saved, maybe up to 30-40%. Our technology is in line with international leading level. It is predicted that 4 million yuan is to put into purchase hanging device, installation tools, testing device for air flow and others, power supply facilities and etc. for this air compressor. After the production line is built, we will be able to output 2000 sets of such large highly-performed environmental & energy-saving air compressor and high quality air reprocessing facilities yearly.
