Warranty and repairment 

One year warranty is offered for cameras and other CCTV accessories. Any defective products under guarantee will be repaired without charges.
The buyers and EEP will pay for one delivery either forth or back. If any mistake were caused by our mistake, EEP will be responsible for all delivery
cost until problem is solved out.

Sample availability 

Customers pay the charge for samples as well as the freight in general. or our sales team take samples to your office for testing.
