1. Hardware: in order to full fill the requirement of new product development, we have large investment on hardware. We have purchased the EMC electronmagnetism testing system, HB-5A electronic ballast performance analyzer, and etc. to supplement the PMS-3 spectral analysis system, UI3000 electronic ballast colligation performance tester, and the PHOTO-2000Z intelligent multi-functional photometer. So that we have stronger support for product quality inspection.

2. Software: complete customer support procedure. Two days after received complaints or technical support requirements, we would feedback to customers, and keep on following up the issue until the problems are solved. And we would summarize relative problems and report it to the R&D Dept. for new product development references, so that we keep on improving of our products. Procedure/Testing Details

To translate the technical requirement into every production stage, to setup complete and necessary quality control system, including supplier selection, purchasing, raw material inspection, production, on production control, finished product inspection, reliability test, and etc.Through the complete quality management system, we have taken necessary fully control from product design, development, to production. So that we can totally control and carry out the quality management completely. Briefly describe the QC department all members take the core tenet, that to do it right at the first time.
