No. of QC Staff QC Responsibility In-house QC/Technical Support We provide safe and healthy products. The company has setup multi-function laboratory under international advanced standard. We take complete inspection on furniture materials, including harmful substance test, physic & chemical character test, and furniture mechanical performance test. We also have long-term technical cooperation with international famous inspection institutes, such as SGS, TUV, ITS, and etc. Procedure/Testing Details Furniture material inspection --- machine processing inspection --- machine processing completion inspection --- trial assembling inspection --- painting inspection --- paint completion inspection --- assembling inspection --- packing inspection --- delivery inspection. Briefly describe the QC department Members of the department are well educated, 80% of them with junior college education or above, who are experienced with more than 5 years relative work. Our working tenet: all service for customer, and try our best to satisfy customers with various requirements. Our work target: Zero bug on product quality.
