Our company has a QC department to control the quality. There are more than 20 inspectors & engineers who are all trained professionally .And they are equipped with advanced equipments and facilities.
Procedure/Testing Details
We implement strictly the ISO9001 quality assurance system, control product quality in a procedure composed of 3 steps:
Incoming Quality Control (IQC), We test the important parts and important properties one by one and spot-inspect the others according to proper standards. Only the passed parts can be used in the production.
Production Quality Control (PQC), We do inspection-tour every 2 hours, and spot-inspect all half-finished products. Only the passed ones can flow to next procedure.
Final Quality Control (FQC), The QMC Dept. spot-inspect ever lot of products after the one-by-one inspection on the production line. Only the passed products can go to the warehouse and send to customers.
