Briefly describe the QC department Quality Center is one of eight core institutes of Chigo, which is responsible to the quality control and manage of household AC products. It also controls the product certificating and instrument measuring for the whole enterprise group. Quality Center is composed by four departments: Quality Management, Quality Inspection, Statistics and Measurement, and Certificate Application. We have perfect procedure for product inspection, including 3 Raw Materials Testing Labs, 3 Finished Product Testing Labs, 1 Integrated Testing Lab, 1 Long Running Testing Lab, 1 Export Product Inspecting Lab, 1 Equity Lab, 9 enthalpy difference labs, Safety lab, Transportation lab, Noise lab, EMC lab, 1 Sparge lab, and over 200 QC, IQC, QA, and QE staff. They are taking up the responsibilities of raw materials inspection, on production control, finished products inspection (including export products), suppliers’ quality management, product quality management, ISO Quality System management, and etc.
