Kurt Stollenmeier The reliable reputation problem has existed once in 25 years ago when I purchased in China. Our main problem was that some factories may ask for deposit but had never delivered their goods. We have met several problems because of so many limitations of communication.
I began cooperation with GlobalMarket since 2006.I am satisfied with their service. As far as I remember, in March 2007 I found a supplier in Foshan .When I almost placed an order, they changed their price again and again. And the price could not be fixed for a long time. Then a consultant of GlobalMarket helped to communicate and negotiate with the supplier for many times. So that we solved the problem finally. Another case happened in August 2008 in Dong Guan. Still the similar language problem .But this time was much urgent. There were some detail parts wrong with the product because the factory misunderstood my requirement. And we did not know this until the goods were going to be shipped. It was GlobalMarket consultant helped us again to solve the problem. Then the goods were delivered on time.

Last Monday I joined in the sourcing meeting of GlobalMarket in its Hong Kong office， and met 7 suppliers. Today I met 6 suppliers in its Guangzhou office. I think most of them who I met today are matching my requirement, and 4 of them will be potential for further contact. As a buyer, I will recommend GlobalMarket.
